Returns

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products.

You may request a return only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Order cancelled before shipment.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Orders returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue
